We want you to be confident in Cipher8 Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. After 30 days, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@cipher8.app with your order ID and we'll assist.
What we can refund
- Your most recent monthly Pro charge, within 30 days of the charge date.
- Charges resulting from a clear billing error.
Cancellation
Cancelling your Cipher8 Pro subscription stops future renewals. You retain Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation can be performed from the in-app billing portal (provided by Paddle) or by contacting support.
